You will need to have know the date and time of the accident, the case number or the names of the drivers. There is a set fee for a copy. If mailed there is an additional fee.
Q: How do I obtain a pistol permit? A: To obtain a pistol permit you must fill out an application. There is a set fee. The permit is a four year permit. It will take two weeks or ten working days for the process to be completed. You must be a Middleton resident to apply.

In this program the Officers assigned to your area of the Town will be made aware of you absence. A Middleton Police Officer will visit your home periodically during your absence and inspect the premises for any signs of suspicious activity. To take advantage of this program, call the Police Department at 473-8548, and request a vacant house check registration. They will need information such as the duration of your absence, vehicles parked in the driveway, emergency notification information, etc.
